FlareX Solutions ("FlareX", "we", "us") builds websites for businesses in India. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit flarexsolutions.studio, request a quote, respond to one of our advertisements, or become a client — and how we use, share and protect it. It is written to comply with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules made under them.
When you request a quote — through the form on this website, a Facebook or Instagram lead form, WhatsApp, or a phone call — we collect:
We do not collect payment card details on this website. Payments are made directly by UPI or bank transfer; we never see or store your card number, UPI PIN or banking password.

What we don't do: we do not sell your personal data, we do not rent it to third parties, and we do not add you to newsletters or marketing lists. We contact you only about the service you enquired about or purchased.

Some of these providers process data on servers outside India. Where they do, we rely on their published safeguards and contractual commitments. We may also disclose data if required by law, a court, or a government authority, or to protect our legal rights.
We advertise on Facebook and Instagram. To know whether those advertisements lead to real enquiries, this website uses the Meta Pixel. The Pixel sends Meta a record that you visited the site and — if you submit the quote form — that a lead was created, together with a browser identifier. It does not send us your Facebook profile, and it does not tell us your name.
Meta may use this data in line with Meta's Privacy Policy, including to show you our advertisements again. You can limit this in your Facebook settings under Ad preferences, or by blocking third-party cookies in your browser.
If you submit a lead form inside Facebook or Instagram, Meta collects your details and passes them to us; Meta's policy governs that collection and ours governs what we do with the details afterwards.
This website sets only the cookies needed for the Meta Pixel described above (typically _fbp and, when you arrive from a Facebook link, _fbc). We do not use analytics cookies, advertising networks other than Meta, or any cookie that tracks you across other websites. You can clear or block cookies in your browser at any time; the website will continue to work.
Everything you send this website travels over HTTPS. Quote requests are delivered directly to our team's private notification channels, which are protected by authentication and are not publicly accessible. Access to your data is limited to the FlareX team members who need it to serve you. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; if we become aware of a breach affecting your personal data, we will notify you and the relevant authority as the law requires.

When we build your website we will handle business content you give us (logo, photographs, product details, staff names) and may hold login credentials for your domain, hosting or payment gateway. We use these solely to deliver the project, store credentials securely, and delete them when you ask or when the project ends. If your website collects data from your customers, you are the data fiduciary for that data; we can help you publish your own privacy policy.
Our services are for businesses and are not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this policy as our services or the law change. The current version is always at flarexsolutions.studio/privacy.html, with the effective date at the top. Material changes will also be mentioned to active clients directly.
